Under Chris’ leadership, Houlihan Lawrence has risen to become one of the most respected and influential brokerage firms in the nation representing over $6 billion in sales in 2016. During his tenure at Houlihan Lawrence, Chris has grown the company from 25 offices and 700 agents in 2003 to 30 offices and over 1,300 agents today. He increased the firm’s market share from 22% to 37% in Westchester County, New York. In 2014, Chris spearheaded the firm’s expansion into Connecticut with the opening of their Greenwich office, competing against 50 other brokerages to emerge as the number one-ranked brokerage just 18 months later. On the heels of success in Greenwich, Chris led further expansion into Darien, New Canaan and Rowayton, CT, which this year resulted in $1.2 billion total dollar volume for the Houlihan Lawrence Connecticut operation.
