After his break-out first year in the industry in 2014, Keir decided to start his own real estate brokerage team. In it's first year of operation, The Keir Weimer Team of Select Sotheby's International Realty was the #1 Top Producing Team in the company in New York State. The team integrates industry-leading technologies and innovative best practices into a comprehensive marketing platform. They build on the Sotheby’s International Realty's strong foundation by offering white-glove service, state-of-the-art marketing, and an international network of buyers and sellers. This has all allowed them to drive superior results for their buying and selling clients and continue to grow their team and market share. Keir is also a partner and founder in a waterfront resort in the Adirondack Park of Upstate New York, is starting a hospitality group, is a partner with Odessa Realty Investments out of Manhattan, and is a published author and motivational speaker. When he's not working, Keir is an avid traveler, skier, outdoor enthusiast and worldly adventurer.
