Marino leads Business Development initiatives at Deckspire, the product development firm that launched Aiva: the first-ever artificial intelligence powered virtual assistant for real estate. Marino is a graduate of Washington & Lee University where he studied Business, Finance, and Literature. He has held positions across the startup, finance, art, and publishing industries. At Washington & Lee, Marino helped establish and grow the Generals Development Initiative, a student-run microfinance 501(c)(3) responsible for analyzing and investing in entrepreneurial ventures across South America and Africa. He also was the founder of OddJob Connection, a platform which served to connect students with local homeowners looking for part-time labor for routine chores. He is currently a postgraduate fellow in the Venture For America class of 2015.
